Who can attend?   Grades 6-12 and adult sponsors.  All adults who attend must be Conference Safe Sanctuaries certified.  Certification can be completed on line:  www.moumethodist.org/safesanctuaries.  You can also check this web site to see that you are current.  Certification is current for 4 years and then you must go through the process again.
Arrive between:  10:00 am and 1 pm.  Inflatables and other activities will be happening.  There will be some new activities this year ( Karaoke, guitar praise, dance revolution, 4-square, noodle hockey, ultimate beach ball, bubble blowing contest, revised volleyball, inflatables, booths, lunch, Youth Service Fund fundraisers (make wax hands for $5 or have your picture taken, $4).  graffiti wall, make your own bumper sticker,).  Check in is in the Upper Trade Center, where you will get name tags, t-shirts, detailed schedules with locations. 

    Lunch will be served from 11 am to 1 pm at the Convention Center across the street. 

 
    General Session begins at 1:30 pm.  Followed by seminars with the artists.

    Dinner and District Time, district time will be assigned at registration:  5-7:00pm 

 
    Evening session:  7:15 pm
 
    Arrive at churches for sleep, 10:45 pm,  Lights out at midnight.
 
    Sunday:  breakfast on your own.

    Workshops and Skinny Improv:  8-8:45am

    Closing Session in Expo Center:  9-11:15a

 

 

 

Cost:  $60 if registered by Dec. 14th.   $75after Dec. 14th.  Final registration must be received by Jan. 14th.
    Cost includes:  event, t-shirt, lunch and supper on Saturday, housing if you stay in a local church, sleeping on the floor.  No showers available. 
 
Booths:  There will be booths open on Saturday.  All of the artists will be selling merchandise.  Cokesbury will be present.  There will be Youth Service Fund fundraising opportunities.  An offering will be collected during worship on Sunday morning.

Housing:  If you choose to stay in a local United Methodist Church, you will be assigned a church by the leadership committee.  We plan to email the church after Jan. 18 when all registrations have been received.  There will be several churches staying in each location. 

You do have the option to pay for Hotel rooms at at the conference price of $89 per room.  Please contact the University Plaza and make your reservations directly with them but let them know you are with the WOW conference.
